CPC TSX VENTURE
A fresh, fledgling firm exchange on Canada's TSX Venture exchange that has no monetary proceedings and no properties or goods except for cash. A CPC or capital pool company utilizes its cash possessions to assess profitable assets or businesses that it would gain in a qualifying deal, which it has to finish within 2 year of listing. Firms exchange as a CPC have a "P" next to ticker sign. The attainment of the qualifying deal would allow the CPC to list as a regular Tier 2 or Tier 1 issuer on the TSX Venture trading.
