BRAND MANAGEMENT
Marketing process of maintaining, improving, and backing a brand or product line to increase its perceived value. It includes positive brand associations and images, as well as strong brand awareness. An effective brand management increases the price of products and establishes loyal customer base. Certain elements considered in brand management are cost, target market, firm’s overall vision, understanding of the brand, and competition, among others.
