AFTERMARKET REPORT
An overview of the performance of the initial public offering (IPO) of a share after its introduction in the secondary market. At the least, an aftermarket report will give the name of the company, the offer date, its ticker symbol, the offer and closing price. Investors can then assess whether there is an increase or decrease in price of the new stock on the secondary market in comparison with the price that investor paid on the primary market. An aftermarket report will also probably include the basic financial data, basic financial ratios, company description and links to the latest news articles related to the company.
