ADVANCE PREMIUM MUTUAL
A mutual insurance company which conducts its operations as an advance premier insurer instead of an assessment insurer. The advance premium mutual insurers analyzes the premiums beforehand and they will not be subject to change for some period of time. The policyholders assessment, done assessment insurer, are according to their premiums based on the company's actual experience.
